• Discord User ID: Your unique Discord identifier is stored to link your profile, inventory, and stats to your Discord account.
• Repuls.io Username: If you link your game account, we store your username to track your in-game statistics and activities.
• Gameplay Data: We store virtual economy balances (RC, PRC), inventory items (cards), battle history, quests progress, and general statistics generated through bot commands.
• Server Data: We may temporarily process Discord server IDs to verify command usage context, but we do not store server-specific configurations outside of bot administrative settings.

2. How We Use Your Data

The collected data is used exclusively to provide the Bot's core functionality. This includes:

• Managing the virtual economy and trading systems.
• Tracking and displaying leaderboards for stats and balances.
• Enabling the RPG/Card battling mechanics and calculating battle results.
• Ensuring fair play and managing moderation actions (e.g., blocking abusers from the bot).

3. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, or distribute your data to any third parties. Your information is only accessible to the bot's development team for maintenance, debugging, and providing support.

4. Data Security

We implement basic security measures to ensure that your Discord IDs, inventory, and stats are safely stored within our database. However, no electronic storage system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of your data against unauthorized breaches.

5. Your Data Protection Rights

Depending on your region (e.g., GDPR in Europe, CCPA in California), you have certain rights regarding your personal data. These include:

• Right to Access: You can request a copy of the personal data the Bot holds about you.

To exercise these rights, please contact the bot administrators or open a ticket in our official REPULS support server. Please note that data deletion will permanently erase your bot profile, currency, and inventory.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

Your data is kept as long as you continue to interact with the Bot. If you wish to have your data completely removed from our databases, you can request deletion by contacting the bot administrators or joining our official REPULS server and creating a support ticket.

7. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time. Significant changes will be communicated through our official channels or bot announcements.
