Terms of Service - Repuls RCA Bot

1. Acceptance of Terms

By inviting the Repuls RCA Bot ("the Bot") to your Discord server or utilizing any of its commands and features, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. While the Bot has its own Terms of Service, for reference regarding the game itself, please see the official Repuls.io Terms & Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must cease using the Bot immediately.

2. Age Requirements

By using the Bot, you affirm that you meet the minimum age of digital consent in your country (e.g., 13 years old in the US, or 16 in some EU countries) as required by Discord's Terms of Service. If you are under the required age, you may not use the Bot.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Bot in a fair and intended manner. The following actions are strictly prohibited:

Exploiting bugs, glitches, or unintended mechanics to gain an unfair advantage.
Using automated scripts, macros, or self-bots to farm currency, cards, or stats.
Attempting to bypass bot restrictions, bans, or moderation systems.
Harassing other users or engaging in fraudulent trades within the Bot's ecosystem.

Violating these rules will result in an immediate and permanent ban from using the Bot and all associated services.

4. Virtual Economy

The virtual currencies (RC, PRC) and items (Cards, Equipment, Loadouts) within the Bot are strictly for entertainment purposes. They hold zero real-world monetary value, cannot be cashed out, and are property of the Bot's administration. We reserve the right to modify, reset, or remove any virtual balances or items at our discretion to maintain the game's economy.

5. Disclaimers & Affiliation

The Repuls RCA Bot is the official bot developed in association with the Repuls Community Association (RCA) and Docski, the developer of Repuls.io. We are not affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with Discord Inc.

6. Service Availability & "As Is" Basis

We strive to keep the Bot online and functional, but we do not guarantee 100% uptime. The Bot and its services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We reserve the right to suspend, terminate, or discontinue the Bot's services at any time without prior notice.

7. Limitation of Liability & Indemnification

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developers and administrators of the Repuls RCA Bot are not responsible or liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use or inability to use the Bot. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the developers of the Bot from any claims, losses, or damages, including legal fees, resulting from your violation of these terms or your use of the Bot.
